Not necessarily. Data assessment is part of the discovery process. We review what you have, identify gaps, and advise on preparation steps. If your data needs significant work before a project can proceed, we'll tell you plainly rather than proceed on uncertain foundations.

The prices listed represent starting points for each service area. Final project fees are confirmed in a written proposal after discovery. We don't adjust scope or price without your explicit agreement.

We establish a data handling agreement before any project data is shared. Work is conducted within agreed environments — we do not retain client data beyond the engagement period unless explicitly requested. Our approach aligns with PDPA requirements applicable in Malaysia.

All deliverables include documentation and a structured handover session. We offer optional post-delivery support arrangements for teams that prefer continued access to our consultants during the first months of operation.
